Should your credit card company later hold you responsible for any unauthorized charges to your account resulting directly from your online purchases made from U.S. Computer Corporation at U.S. Computer Corporation's web sites* within 60 days of your purchases from our web sites*, we will pay your liability up to $50.00 (the maximum amount for which you can be held liable using a credit card).

Data Encryption

We let you choose to encrypt and shop securely, or not to encrypt. People with older browsers sometimes do not have the capacity to encrypt information and should download a newer Browser to shop securely under our guarantee.

Making a Claim

Should you discover unauthorized charges on your credit card within 60 days of your purchase from U.S. Computer Corporation, you must:

1. Report the charges to your credit card company immediately.
2. Report the charges to U.S. Computer Corporation by registered letter immediately**. If the fraudulent charges resulted through no fault of your own while ordering from U.S. Computer Corporation using our shopping cart and you selected "SSL encryption" in our shopping cart and were using a secure, Version 4 or later, Internet Explorer or Netscape browser, we will then credit your credit card up to a maximum of $50 and send you a confirmation notice of our reimbursement.
