Regarding: My concern that I had internet problems.

 

Dear Mike,

    

I just wanted to let you know that Verizon came out and our computer problems were due to a very weak (DSL/internet) signal.  Apparently, everything is working well now that their technician spent four hours getting the signal good and consistent. 

 

Therefore, if it isn't broke, I don't want to fix it now. 

 

However, visiting with you has convinced me that when we do need service, we'll definitely choose the pro over the geeks!  You have a great ad because it is both simple and truthful.
